Every year on Martin Luther King Jr. Day, the Chaska Human Rights Commission hosts a MLK Day Human Rights Celebration.

Details: This free event features a keynote speaker, performances by local musicians, and contributions from community members.
This year, the words of Dr. King will be featured in a keynote address by Shayla Michelle, Emmy Award-Winning Television Journalist and Author of "Echo In The Distance".
The Chaska Human Rights award ceremony will pay tribute to past recipients and announce the winner of the 2024 award. Come to this annual event to connect with members of the Chaska Community!
