- For district late starts, there will be no morning classes
- For district early releases, there will be no evening classes

Group Fitness & Studio Etiquette
Clean Up After Yourself. Disinfect and return equipment to proper location when finished.
Be Patient. Please do not enter studio until the current class has finished putting equipment away.
Keep Distractions to a Minimum. Please be considerate of others and avoid side conversations during class; including phone calls.
Wear Proper Attire. For your safety, no boots, sandals, or street shoes.
Ages 12-14 Require Direct Adult Supervision: Individuals age 12-14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
PiYo at Carver

Large Group PiYo Live is a hybrid, athletic workout, which combines the mind/body practices of yoga and Pilates, as well as the principles of stretch, strength training, conditioning and dynamic movement. We crank up the music, the speed, and the fun to give you an intense, yet low-impact workout. You’ll sweat, stretch, and strengthen—all in one PiYo workout!
Aqua Fit
Thursdays | 7:30-8:15pm
Location: CCC Pool
Join us in the pool where you are surrounded by the natural resistance of the water. We will utilize the shallow and the deep water as well as a variety of aqua tools including buoyancy belts, noodles and water weights. Cardio and strength will be the focus of this 45 minute workout. There is little to no impact on your body which makes this work out a great fit for any level (ages 12+).
LB Athletes (Larger Bodied Athletes)

Our class is designed to be size friendly and beginner-oriented, focusing on building functional movement skills. We will work on mastering the basics, including boosting endurance, increasing agility, gaining strength and improving cardiovascular health. We understand that starting a fitness journey can be challenging, so we prioritize creating a supportive environment where everyone is welcomed and no one is left behind.
