March is National Nutrition Month
Join CCC Nutrition Coach and Personal Trainer, Shya Tran, to learn about the importance of gut health. Registration and fee required (fee includes 60-minute presentation and a healthy yogurt mini-buffet). Presentation will be held on Wednesday, March 5 from 5:00-6:00pm in the Red Maple Room.

Love basketball and working out?
Combine your love for fitness and basketball together with this fun challenge in tournament fashion. This challenge features a fitness bracket filled with a variety of exercises to complete on your own schedule while enjoying the spirit of competition. Basketball bracket must be completed by March 19 - play begins March 20. Registration is required for the basketball & fitness bracket ($5).
Syn's Saturday Set

Join fitness instructor, Syn Robertson, for a functional strength and conditioning workout. All levels are welcome! Free to CCC members. Non-members pay daily admission.

Family Yoga

This type of yoga practice is designed for families with children (typically between the ages of 5-10), to enjoy TOGETHER! It's a unique opportunity for parents and children to bond, learn and grow together.
