ADA Transition Plan

The city developed an Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Transition Plan to ensure the public right of way areas are accessible to all individuals. 

Public right of way includes sidewalks, curb ramps, and traffic control signals.

The plan was approved by the City Council at its April 20, 2020 meeting.

Filling a complaint

The city has developed a procedure to facilitate resolution of citizen’s complaints, concerns, comments, and other grievances.

Citizens are encouraged to informally discuss ADA issues by contacting the city’s ADA Coordinator.
