The City of Chaska conducts a community survey every few years. The survey gauges resident satisfaction with city services and expectations for the future.
The survey is statistically significant. The findings are based on in-depth conversations with 400 randomly selected residents.
The last survey was conducted in 2018. Here are some highlights:
94% believe the city is headed in the right direction
91% have a favorable perception of the strength of Chaska's community identity
84% approve of the job done by the City Council
91% approve of the job done by City staff
61% believe the pace of development is about right
