Architectural/Engineering Services for Public Safety Facility
The City of Chaska is interested in receiving proposals from architects that possess qualifications to provide full architectural and engineering design and construction services for a proposed new City of Chaska Public Safety Facility.
Proposals are due December 20, 2022 at 4:00 p.m.
Pre-proposal meeting
There was a pre-proposal meeting on Wednesday, November 30 at the Chaska Fire Station.

- Will the city directly contract the site survey, geotechnical, asbestos testing, and commissioning services?

- Since the project will have a construction manager, does the design team need to include a cost estimator as a 3rd party to verify estimates?
- What is the typical review and approval process for new projects? How much time is needed for city council review?
- What is the city's budget for this project?
